Code of Practice for Handling Complaints
To address the concerns expressed by members of the public, the Council has adopted a procedure for the handling of complaints.
The objectives of the procedure are to foster good relationships between the council and its employees, settle grievances as near as possible to their point of origin and ensure that employees are treated fairly.

This policy reflects the spirit in which the council intends to undertake all of its business.
Drug & Alcohol Abuse Policy
How St Agnes Parish Council recognises alcohol & drug related problems & provides appropriate support for staff.
Health, Safety and Welfare Policy
The purpose of the policy is to establish general standards for health, safety and welfare at work and to distribute responsibility for their achievement to all officers and members of the Council.
Lone Worker Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that there are adequate systems in place to ensure the health, safety and welfare of lone workers in order to reduce the risks of lone working as far as is reasonably possible and practicable.
